Cairo Milestone 1 Testing Signup

Individuals wishing to test the first milestone release of Cairo before it’s available to the entire community can now sign-up to register via our homepage. Applicants who are accepted will be notified and sent a download link. Users will be asked to keep track of bugs and feature suggestions, and to keep in mind that the quality of your comments greatly influences the quality of Cairo.

    How exactly???

    I could only find how to register for the forum… Does this mean I will get to beta-test Cairo???

    If you can’t find where to register (especially when it’s in the first sentence) you probably have no business beta testing. This isn’t meant for those who simply want a sneak peak before everyone else gets to download. Only those who wish to contribute to the bug hunting and submit countless reports in order to make Cairo the best desktop experience should sign up. Everyone is excited about this project, but if the wrong people sign up then you’re just wasting everyones time.

    I have a nLite edited windows xp with SP3 v.3244 , would it be safe to use Cairo ? I would rly like to test it :)

    I use linux all the time, so I wouldn’t be doing much bug hunting :p

    Yea me2, i have a nLite edited windows XP with SP3 v.3264 + Theme Fix and Framework 3 + DX10 XP modificated. I would rdy to test it.
